Marina Sant'Elena è proprio nuova, inaugurata nel luglio 2015, si trova accanto ai giardini della Biennale nella parte pià verde di Venezia, in soli 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in Piazza San Marco, vicino ai più buoni ristoranti e famosi locali della laguna ma lontano dal rumore della folla dei turisti.
