A 78', hydrofoil-assisted Teknicraft Catamaran built by All American Marine was delivered for Kitsap Transit's fast ferry service between Bremerton and Seattle. This 118 passenger ferry is high speed, with ultra-low wake, and is the second of three sister ships that All American Marine has built for KT, with the third vessel, Lady Swift, launching this Summer. I've been thinking a lot about what is a necessity and what is a luxury. On my boat, something that feels really luxurious is the little 3-pot hanging herb garden I installed in the galley up against the port window. Having fresh herbs in the middle of the ocean is brings flavor to any meal!

As we went through parts of Louisiana it was really pretty with cypress trees, Spanish moss and tons of little bayou's that went in every direction off of the intercoastal.
