A 78', hydrofoil-assisted Teknicraft Catamaran built by All American Marine was delivered for Kitsap Transit's fast ferry service between Bremerton and Seattle. This 118 passenger ferry is high speed, with ultra-low wake, and is the second of three sister ships that All American Marine has built for KT, with the third vessel, Lady Swift, launching this Summer. Practice day at the German sail GP in Sassnitz was chilling to watch. Seeing the catastrophic failure aboard the Brazilian boat as the port hull appeared to fold up under the boat as the forward cross beam failed brought back memories of San Francisco in 2013 and that’s not something we ever want to see again
