As her crew makes the move to upsize to a larger boat, "Getaway" has just been listed by motivated Sellers hoping to prevent having 2-boat-itis! Si comincia. Da grigi, torniamo ad avere la pancia blu. Julia è lì, si sta godendo la sua spa. Dopo scrub e primer, tocca all’antivegetativa. Ahimè il meteo non è stabile in questi giorni e anche oggi, dopo le due mani, arriva la pioggia. Dovremo fare di nuovo molte miglia, quindi decidiamo di dare ancora una mano domani, così da, si spera, non dover rifare carena una volta tornati a casa. I lavori stanno procedendo e noi ogni giorno sistemiamo un pezzettino del puzzle. Un puzzle da finire imperativamente prima di partire per le Azzorre. Chicca delle chicche, su consiglio di Alfonso e Anna, vicini di barca di qua, abbiamo usato per la prima volta l’acido ossalico per rimuovere le macchie sulle murate. Tornate NUOVE. Una meraviglia. Non vediamo l’ora di trattare il teck, come ci hanno suggerito loro. Vi aggiorneremo sui risultati. Per oggi ci godiamo le restanti 4 ore di luce per riposare un po’, domani si lavora con le mani pulite al computer e con le mani sporchissime a bordo. Buona notte e a domani!! Andrea
