Last year Trinidad, this year Saint Martin! A new experience for us, we're celebrating Carnival 2025 on the French side of St Martin, an island in the northern windward islands of the Caribbean. The small but vibrant parade showed a passion for the spirit of Carnival with each troupe performing for the crowd and showing of their skills. There was dancing, drumming, moko jumbies and whip cracking, with a positive vibe as visitors and locals alike shared in the day. 🎉Siamo più di 60mila su YouTube! Grazie Amici 🤍 ⛵️Festeggiamo con il vlog di una giornata estiva di vita in barca a vela e scrittura. 🌅Al mattino sveglia sempre prima dell'alba per leggere e fare journaling, cioè mettere subito tutti i miei pensieri su carta. 📝Dopo colazione scrivo per un paio d'ore, di solito partendo da qualche idea che mi è venuta facendo journaling. 🧘🏽‍♀️La mia pausa è sempre un po' di attività fisica: che può essere yoga in barca oppure una pagaiata in kayak ed una camminata a terra per esplorare la zona. 👩🏽‍💻Per il resto della giornata cerco di bilanciare la scrittura con il resto del lavoro che ho da fare al computer e la vita in barca, perchè non bisogna mai dimenticarsi di godersi il momento. 🌊Non sempre riesco a mantenere l'equilibrio, ma fa parte dell'avventura. 🌙Alla sera, dopo aver studiato il meteo e preparato la barca per la notte in rada di solito leggo per un paio d'ore e spesso continuo a scrivere insieme alla luna. 🤗Seguimi su Instagram e YouTube per altre avventure di mare e di scrittura.
