The 2022 summer created many more memories for the team at bottom up boats. Our Fav 5 Photos came from both the East and West Coast and North and South of Ireland. Photo 1 was a spectacular sunset over Kilrush Marina on the night before we started the delivery of our J109 to Strangford Lough in Northern Ireland. Photo 2 was from the South East corner of Ireland with the Sun Rising over Kilmore Quay Photo 3 is the our recently purchased J109 Going to Red under full sail on her home waters of Strangford Lough. Photo 4 was surfing down some wave at over 10 knot under just main and jib as we race to get to the Fastnet Rock before sunset. Photo 4 our Fav of 2022 was a spectacular sunset over the fastnet rock with the sun lighting up the top of the lighthouse to help guide us to our overnight stay on Cape Clear Island. But what I'm going to do right now is show you the best way to tie your plank on so you don't stub your toes and it doesn't fall off and it doesn't look crap. And it's easy. So, here we go. Bring down to the midships like this and I have two lines on it. You can do it if there's one long line but I've got two lines on it like this. All right. Now we set it up, so that it doesn't have toe problems here. We're going to go around the bottom with this line and then around the stanchion and then on.
