Every few weeks, I pass through Narita. Not just the airport. The town. It has become part of my rhythm. Leaving Tokyo, I slow down before returning to my tiny village on Amami Oshima. Leaving the village, I gather momentum before heading back to Tokyo. I've learned that transitions matter. Sometimes we all need places that help us recalibrate before the next season begins. About me: I'm Lowell Sheppard, author, Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, Founder of the Never Too Late Academy, and Special Advisor to the International Academic Forum (IAFOR). Through Japan Solo Field Notes, I explore longevity, community, purpose, and healthy aging across Japan. Witness this unbelievable scene in the grocery store parking lot! A man rides a horse in the lot while kids are playing. This is a perfect video to show the importance of horseback riding and the importance of being safe around horses. Watch as the man calmly rides his horse into the lot, and then gets down to enjoy some groceries. What an amazing sight! This is a video you won't want to miss! -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "OUR SHOCKING MOMENTS IN 2023| OUR CAR WAS VANDALIZED| AM IM BACK ON YOUTUBE #kia #vandalized #2023" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfO6b5G2490 -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
