Exiting the Narrows of Strangford Lough and crossing the Bar mouth to head out into the Irish Sea is always exciting when you have wind verse tide. For my birthday aboard @HQ2Charters we invited a local friend who also happens to be an AMAZING cook (only beaten by his wife!). After a night of liming he wanted to cook up some Trinidadian Callaloo for our international crew to try, with people there from Australia, the UK, South Africa, Sweden and the Netherlands.
