The new Dragonfly 36 which launched at boot Dusseldorf last month. Loooking good with its wave-piercing main hull and float design. This will give the trimaran more buoyancy in the bow for a smoother ride in choppier waters. The DRAGONFLY Swing Wing system reduces the 8.12 m beam to 3.7 m reducing your marina fees. The DRAGONFLY 36 will be available in two versions, both with carbon masts. Trip to the Atlantic Highlands in New Jersey in serious fog. In order to get there, I had to cross New York Harbor. With less than 100m of visibility, not a fun undertaking. There were approximately 20 large vessels all moving at different speeds and heading into the harbor. I never saw one. Without radar it would have been extremely dangerous.
