Day 5. Today felt like a turning point. After feeling so bad yesterday, I decided it was time to step things up a little. I need my routines. I need to feel good in my body again. And I realized something. After the previous crossing, I had slowly gotten into the habit of eating more candy and chocolate all the time. During that crossing it kind of became comfort food because things were rough… and somehow that habit just stayed with me without me really noticing. And out here, I noticed I was eating chocolate just because it was there, not because I actually wanted it. So today I decided: enough. Cold turkey on sugar. New workout plan. Back to eating properly. Enough protein. Enough real food. Basically… time to get ripped at sea. And honestly, the difference was immediate. I worked out, danced around the boat, ate good food, and the whole energy of the day completely changed. It genuinely turned into one of the best days so far. And I think the coolest part is realizing that sometimes all it takes is a decision. A small switch in your mind. One moment you’re stuck in a bad cycle, and the next you decide to take care of yourself again. Preparation de Vif d'Or pour la saison 2023. Ici jour 1, sortie de l'eau du port de plaisance du Grand Large à Dunkerque Haut de France. Nettoyage de la coque et du pont au jet haute pression. Vidange du sail drive. Et pose sur ber. Ceci réalisé par les équipes de USHIP Bleu Marine de Dunkerque. Le voilier est un A35. Nous l'utilisation pour de la navigation encadrée en école de voile, stage de voile, sortie entreprise team building, sortie famille ou entre amis, anniversaire, session navigation récréative, enterrement de vie de garçons ou de jeunes filles....Vif d'Or est en navigation un voilier qui procure énormément de plaisir.
