Hey guys, I think knowing your knots is a very important part of boat life since you gotta use knots every single day - but I do know a surprisingly big number of sailors who are more the “if you don’t know how to knot, knot a lot” type! 🤪😂 I definitely always make sure to tie off my dinghy properly- you don’t wanna come back to where you “parked” your dinghy, just to find an empty spot - happens more often to sailors than you’d think. 🤣😜 But KNOT on my watch! This Aviation has: 2 ½ ounces of gin ¾ ounce lemon juice (fresh squeezed) ½ ounce Luxardo Liqueur ½ ounce Creme de Violette 1 Luxardo cherry (optional) 1 strip of lemon peel for garnish Place gin (I used Empress Indigo Gin!), Luxardo liqueur, and Crème de Violette, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake the cocktail shaker until the shaker is cold and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a strip of lemon peel.
