This Beautiful 19,60 m long Motor Wood Gulet was built in 1988 by J. Akdenniz in Turkey. It is registered with German Flag. This gulet is lying in Ibiza, and viewings are available through Network Yacht Brokers. The boat is used privately by a family that sails around the Balearics and Spain from May to October. During the year, the boat stays 2-4 weeks in the yard and 11 months in the water. The owner wants to sell it because the boat became too big for them as the children grew up, and they no longer follow their parents. A gulet is a perfect boat for coastal sailing in the Med. The hull was built between 1984 y 1987. Commissioned in1988. In its life, the boat had approximately five owners and only sailed in the Med.

🪢 Sunday Boat Tip [27/52] 🪢 There’s so many horror stories out there with boats having to clean their diesel tanks in the worst imaginable situation after the engine stoped working at an even worse moment. We figured we play it safe and try to prevent it as much as we can after finding a piece of plastic that blocked the system causing our engine to stop outside of Anholt (just after we left Sweden). You can never be totally safe from diesel bugs, specially fueling up in remote places, but you can diminish the risks. Also make sure you protect yourself and the environment by avoiding spill! Only discharge of the residues in a designated place.
