En attendant d’être libérés professionnellement, nous préparons notre futur départ pour embarquer sur Lady’L un catamaran Excess 11 et sillonner les mers, voir d’autres pays et découvrir d’autres cultures. As a complete newbie to the sailing world, I had no idea where to start my liveaboard life and I had so much to learn. But first things first. I bought a sailboat, an old wooden ex fishing boat, build for rough seas, 40 ft long and over 15t heavy. But before the sailing life begins I have to do a lot of work, from re caulking to placing planks and wood rot, repainting and anti fouling as well as turning the whole inside into a beautiful homely living space. Come along and help me figure out how to live on a boat and how to sail.
