As part of their 150th anniversary celebrations, Holland America Line's flag ship Rotterdam retraced her steps and made an Eastbound transatlantic crossing 150 years to the day after the historic first voyage. After leaving New York the first port of call was our home town of Plymouth in South West England. We went along to see the amazing welcome given to guests by the Cruise Plymouth volunteers as well as taking a look of this stunning ship moored off Plymouth's historic shore line. Ragazzi siamo quasi al giorno X! 😱 L’arrivo ufficiale sarà il 5 ottobre. Non a caso, nello stesso giorno uscirà il reel numero TRECENTOSESSANTACINQUE (anche se il viaggio è stato più lungo). Che dire… si sente il profumo di casa! L’impazienza dell’arrivo La nostalgia di qualcosa che sta per finire Insomma c’è tutto. Il panorama della Croazia oggi fa da cornice a una giornata piena dal punto di vista lavorativo. Per questo oggi ci godiamo poco il mare (tanto ormai Andrea ha scoperto l’acqua a 32 gradi e non entrerà mai più nel Mediterraneo). Seguendo le previsioni, è probabile che resteremo in questa splendida baia avvolta dal silenzio fino al 1 ottobre, giorno in cui molleremo uno degli ultimi ormeggi di questo lungo e straordinario viaggio.
