Snowflakes dancing on the deck, and then – wow! Look at that plane emerging from the swirling white chaos. Taking off from a frozen airstrip, right there at the edge of the world. The cruise ship's a pretty awesome vantage point, giving us front-row seats to this arctic drama. Imagine the skill it takes to pilot a plane in these conditions. The icy runway disappearing into the blizzard. This is one serious adventure, even from the comfort of our warm cabin. Postroten Lasse-Maja under postrodden 2014 på Ålands hav med skeppare Åke Häggblom som också är sällskapets stationschef på Eckeröstationen. Filmen är tagen från Rescue Björkskär av Sten-Göte Nyman. Rescue Björkskär, Rescue Hamnsundet och Rescue Svante G var med från sällskapet som säkerhetsbåtar under postrodden.
