We aim to share what I have learnt since 1998 when I started working as an Engineering Technician. • Boat Recipes - We intend to make boat recipe videos where we will share Rossella's simple and delicious boat food ideas. • Yachtmaster Theory and Seamanship - Although we consider ourselves to be novice sailors, I have been working offshore (at sea - mostly on vessels, sometimes on platforms) since 2006. Since then, some years I have spent more days at sea than I have on land. I have also studied and passed the examination for the RYA Yachtmaster Theory qualification. Chinese sailor Jingkun Xu's wore his heart on his sleeve as he raced around the world. So did many of the other sailors and while everyone's story was fascinating, the fact that Jingkun has just one arm speaks no English and ran his entire campaign with barely any shore crew made his story all the more fascinating. But his journey was more than that - when he talked to the camera he did so to mark a moment in his journey, for good or for bad and you just couldn't help but get drawn into his world.
