This custom rebuild, done in collaboration with the previous owner Christer, a boatyard, and the original designer Bernt Andersson, includes upgrades like a windshield, larger cockpit, swim ladder, and more.??? With only one previous owner, Christer, who lovingly cared for the boat and initiated the transformation, Lady Four has a unique history. ?? We're incredibly grateful for his support as we prepare for the biggest adventure of our lives. ? We finally launched our sailboat Lady Four! Something we've been working towards for months. But just as we were ready to head to the dock, our engine wouldn't start. ? In this episode, we try everything we can to get it running again while wondering: what will happen to our Mediterranean sailing dream? ? We are back in Sweden from Mauritius? and ENGAGED ?, and so ready to tackle the boat fixes! First, we empty all the stuff from inside the boat (what even is half of it? ?). Äntligen seglar vi hem vår Lady Four - från Västerhaninge till Resarö ?? Lady Four är en Beason 33 och faktiskt den enda av sitt slag! ?? Ursprungligen var hon en Beason 31 från 1979, som av sin enda ägare Christer lät byggas om från 31 till 33 fot för att breddas, förlängas och förbättras. ?? Man kapade 3,5 meter av båtens akter för att skapa en ny form. Bland annat fick båten en akterspegel med badplattform, badstege och dusch.
