This is a better version of the previous video I did for YouTube. Let me know what you think in the comments and be sure to like and subscribe. This is my Greenport Goulash. I call anything O make with the leftovers from private dinners a goulash. I hate waste. So when there is food left over I try to first leave it with the clients. Then whatever is left over from prep I make into stocks or other dishes. Originally the other video was pretty cut up. I just added some features, did some color correction, some titles. In future videos I think I will combine the sail to location, cooking, and then the sail home in one video. Maybe do some short videos in the interim. The videos take awhile to make. I love Greenport NY. Townsends is one of the old school marinas out there and I try to give them my business. You can walk right into town from there and Bella loves the people that visit. They have a restaurant and bar as well as a Tiki bar to enjoy. Please enjoy the video. Let me know what you think and how I can improve the channel. A quick trip post storm to Greenport NY from Clinton to Townsend Marina in Aeris my 1971 27ft C&C sailboat. I normally am singlehanded sailing so I can't get too much audio as I am on the tiller.
