I believe it will be no surprise for you that we fell in love with Croatia - despite a sudden storm when Aquarius dragged or this recent nature show doesn’t change it - I can confidently say that between 43 countries that we visited with Aquarius so far - Croatia definitely gets into TOP 5
So it was hard for us to decide - stay longer in Croatia as we explored only a small part of it or continue with our plan in The Med - there are still many countries to visit: Italy, France, Spain, Morocco and the sailing Season in the Med is already coming to end soon - so we decide to go - but we still have all the way back to Dubrovnik and still some cool places to visit.

We start in our first stop in Malaysia - Puteri Harbour / One 15 Marina. And we find a small hitchhiker who just like us seemed had a tuff night. As we take care of him and check into the country, we explore around the marina.
Our stay is not long, but very pleasant and in front of us 170NM in the busiest and most dangerous waters in the world, including night passage, which we not looking forward to.
But reaching Port Dickson is not that tuff as it seemed and we happy to come into bustling Admiral Marina. Join us!

We left Vanuatu with a little concern about safety in Papua New Guinea as many government websites warned about unsafe conditions. We also considered going via Australia, but that did not make much sense.
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with Port Moresby city skyline and nice Royal Papua Yacht Club. Our main goal was to get Indonesian Visa here as in a week starts our Indonesian Rally. Meanwhile we explored surroundings – Ela Beach, Nature Park, Papua New Guinea Museum and Port Moresby as well. Everyone was very nice with us and happy to assist although every shop had a lot of security and while having dinner with local sailors in a yacht Club we heard many sketchy stories that it is indeed dangerous.
We got visa quickly and we were ready to leave but as soon as we left Royal Papua Yacht Club we’ve got hit by 30+ knots of wind right against us! Not the best start for our second longest – 1,500NM / 9 day sail to Indonesia, Timur Island… Join us!

After crossing from France to Spain and Very enjoyable sail along Spain's coast towards Barcelona, we are tucked in the marina and ready for our guests
While in Barcelona we visit Sagrada Família the largest unfinished Catholic church in the world and probably the most iconic and best-known building in Barcelona.
And other landmarks, visit local marinas and get out for a short sail.
It was just enough wind to sail at about 3 knots speed, but nevertheless, we had a good time.
And then Ken goes to check out Barcelona Boat Shows… where it turns into blues :)

We took off from Thailand, Krabi boat lagoon. It was a bitter sweet leaving friends we made during 2 years. Winds did not look great, but we had not many options after our visa ended and we checked out of Thailand. But the uncooperating winds, raising tides, what means current against us and countless fisherman boats with nets forced us to stop in Nai Harn - most southern bay of Phuket. Next day we left again. Super calm seas, bunch of dolphins, beautiful sunsets and sunrises abd countless sail changes.... Plus shipping lanes below Sri Lanka and... well I guess you just have to see it yourselves... I was a bit upset that a few people were pushing these seals, with no installation instructions. And, I had already bought 23 sets for several owners of an Amel Super Maramu, or Amel 54. After 6 weeks of chilling in USVI St. Thomas between Charlotte Amelie and Christmas Bay we say our farewell to USVI with grandiose Carnival parade and amazing snorkel in St. John, where we admire fabulous beach with white sand and turquoise waters

We are half way via Suez Canal Transit.
As we were coming to Ismailia we were hoping that we will be able to anchor since we broke bow thruster in Suez Yacht Club.
Also - we did not checked in into Egypt therefore we can not leave the boat. We also did not plan to purchase fuel as we heard it's quite expensive in Ismailia.
Luckily we saw anchorages right next to the marina and that's where we're hoping to drop the hook.
After multiple explanations why we can’t come to marina we were denied the anchorage and insisted to come in the marina.

As we are doing our last preparations for take off town is getting busy - Orthodox Easter is coming. And here - it's a huge celebration! Si we decided to stay couple more days longer and check it out ourselves. That was I’pressive!
Meanwhile we had 50 (!!!!) knots of wind in marina!
But after thats all gone, we did our last “To-Do’s” and we are off!
