Seldén furling mast - how to lubricate the important parts

Before I mount the mast I'll like to lubricate the bearings at the top and at the halyard swivel and by the furling mast gear. It don't seems like the system ever has been lubricated, only the halyard swivel has got some lubrication through time. The problem with no lubrication is you wear down the bearrings and gears too fast and the sail is also hard to pull in and out. If you are a normal user I think it's only necessary to lubricate the bearrings every 5 year or so due to the whole system sits pretty protected inside the mast. The seldén mast is build in different editions and some has no bearrings in the top, but check the manual for your mast type to be sure to lubricate all the places, but don't over lubricate.
