Sea Swing Stove Baking Bread

Here I am using my Sea Swing Stove to bake bread. I have used the system 3 times. I am cooking in my garage, the temp is about 36 deg f. Test01 - Banana Muffin Mix - Came out great I did coat the pan with oil Cooked on low heat with no thermometer. Cook time 30 mins Test02 - Chocolate chip Muffin Mix - Bottom 1/3 burned the top 2/3 was great. I did NOT coat the pan with oil Cooked on high heat with no thermometer. Cook time 30 mins Test03 - Bread Mix - Came out great just a little burn mark on the bottom I did coat the pan with oil Cooked on Medium heat with a thermometer Cook time 35 mins My Solo Cooking System 1.
