There is no denying the Scanyacht is very much a higher end production yacht. Sacre Bleu was the original demonstrator yacht owned by the Australian importers family. Her craftsmen knew who the yacht was being built for and ensured the highest finish. Still owned by her original owners, Sacre Bleu has been a very much loved family member, sailed on Pittwater and of course has accomplished our national sailors pilgrimage by cruising the East Coast to the Whitsunday's and beyond. For this reason, Sacre Bleu was chosen with the practical shoal draft keel opening up your cruising potential. The self-tacking headsail makes short or even single handed sailing very enjoyable plus there are also genoa tracks. The B&G auto-pilot also critically assists the short-handed sailor. Accommodation consists of a good sized double V berth, large saloon with two singles surrounding the large folding table, and a massive double owner's cabin aft with access port and starboard and good storage space. A dedicated forward facing nav table sits to starboard opposite the practical 'L' shaped galley with good refrigeration. The head and shower is to starboard and offers two doors, one of which opens to the aft cabin. The upgraded Volvo 40Hp with excellent access has been well maintained and has logged just on 1500 hours. Standing rigging was replaced in 2007.
