This week we finished up what was meant to be a small boat job - a spring clean of the aft cabin bed and the v-berth. We ripped out all of our cabin sole, water heater, batteries, rotten wood and more and started from scratch. Painting a clean, white space under the bed and installing new floors and cabin sole. As we put the hatches back on, we realized that most of our hard work wouldn't be seen with the mattress back on? so we revarnished the wood and the master cabin is now fully refitted and sparkling!
