Precision 18 Feature Highlight: Sail Area to Displacement Ratio

Highlighting one of my favorite features of the Precision 18: superb light air performance due to the high Sail Area to Displacement (S.A./disp) ratio of 21.81. Of course, this comes with the distinct disadvantage of having to reef early when the winds pick up. But in light winds, the Precision 18 can keep on sailing when many other sailboats will be "becalmed" (unable to move due to lack of sufficient wind).
