Meet Holly & Stéphane - Outremer 52 Awen
The Outremer 52 is the second multihull Holly and Stéphane acquired in just 2 years, after selling their first catamaran when they realized it was not quite the right choice for them. In this interview, you'll hear about Holly and Stéphane's experience buying an Outremer 52, including selecting the right sail plan, the advantages of dealing directly with a shipyard, the Outremer coaching programs they've followed, and, of course, their short and long-term navigation plans. Awen is now cruising along the coast of Corsica and will stay in the Western Med until the end of October, when they'll be back in La Grande Motte for the end of the shakedown phase. After that, they will set sail towards the other side of the Atlantic to spend the winter in the Caribbeans, before heading to Florida for the Miami Boat Show, 14-18th of February.
