Chris is an American Actor, Adaptive Athlete, and Disability Advocate from Brooklyn, NY. Chris became disabled in September of 2007 due to sustaining gunshot injury which caused permanent paraplegia at the T12 spinal level. Despite this life challenge, Chris continues to live life on his own terms and inspires others while doing just that. Being a Wheeling Warrior isn't easy, but Chris sure does make it look easy. Follow Chris on Instagram at @bigg.poppa_ Impossible Dream Media Lab is a workshop designed to give content creators living with a disability an open forum to create and show their work. Using The impossible Dream as a platform we invite filmmakers and content creators on board for a seminar, facilitated by an industry professional, on technical aspects of production and narrative storytelling. Then we go sailing. The participants then film their experience and produce a short video. It is our goal to encourage Filmmakers in the disabled community to create work and seek out opportunities in the media industry. Please enjoy and share these videos. I hope you have as much fun watching them as we did making them. A special Thank You to John Floresca, a professional Cameraman and filmmaker based in New York, for leading this Summer's Media Lab.
