In this final video of 2021, I attend to an electrical problem on board (back on shore power for the first time in nine months), install new lines, hoist the flags and then cycle around Nagasaki to revisiting places like Martyrs Hill where I have led bicycle pilgrimages to in the past. Also, I was treated to three surprises: a replica of a famous Black Ship sailed by Wahine and I, I unexpectedly participated in theJapanese Tradition of Mochitsuki (gooey goodness) and I was befriended by a cat! I have been at the family home for two weeks, and I return to Wahine in Nagasaki on January 2nd to continue the journey!
