Building a cruising sailboat The saloon shelf fiddles are fitted second time around, and, as it turns out, the galley fiddles are also probably made :-) The table saw gets a sled and a bit of paint is splashed about. Finally, Kerry and I get to play with a ladder! This is the story of the building of a Jay Benford designed, 31.8ft, junk schooner-rigged cruising sailboat, constructed of plywood and epoxy.
