Car c’est la rentrée des classes pour les équipages. Ceux qui s’entraînent dans la baie, et ils étaient nombreux aujourd’hui chez les Maxis et les Modernes. Ceux des yachts de Tradition, dont près d’un tiers des inscrits faisait son entrée dans le golfe en provenance de Cannes en milieu d’après-midi. Avec un port désormais bien rempli, l’inauguration officielle du village pouvait avoir lieu à 17 h 00.
