** NOW SOLD ** 'Manhattan' is a 2011 Clipper Cordova. The blue water cruising ability of Clipper's semi-displacement hull form is well documented, and this fine example is no exception. The Clipper Cordova 48 flybridge has a two-cabin/ two-bathroom layout with two electric heads, separate shower cubicles, a large saloon and galley area, two helm stations and is fully airconditioned, by four reverse cycle units, totalling 56,000btu. Powered by twin Cummins 5.9lt QSB 440hp diesel engines and for ease of manoeuvring, 'Manhattan' has Side Power Electric Bow and Stern Thrusters and a Yacht Controller to operate her gears and thrusters remotely. An 11kw Onan generator is fitted for ample 240v power, a Xantrex 2,000watt Inverter/Charger and an 80amp Victron 240v Battery Charger. This vessel is very well appointed, with numerous upgrades made over the last two years: new upholstery in the saloon and flybridge, new Clears on the flybridge, new carpets throughout, the latest Raymarine Axiom Pro RVX Plotter at the lower helm and an Axiom Pro Plotter at the upper helm. There is a new Raymarine Ray63 VHF radio, Raymarine AIS700 with GPS transceiver, EPIRB, a 3.2m Highfield Hypalon Tender with a new 4 stroke Suzuki engine, a new Smart TV in the saloon, new exterior covers on both the lower and upper decks, new marine vinyl covering on all deckheads (ceilings). From new, this vessel was ordered with a list of options and upgrades, including larger 440hp main engines, an ADC 12v Electric Davit and stainless Tender Cradle, saltwater anchor wash and deck wash pump and a Miele washer/dryer installed in the lazarette. Under the flybridge hardtop is a central helm station with all engine instruments, navigation screens and equipment, and bow and stern thruster controls, duplicating the lower helm station controls and equipment. As well as regular engine servicing, all aftercoolers, heat exchangers and gear oil coolers were removed and cleaned.
