On an odd occasion I have had to film a yacht when the stabilisers are not working...but more often than not viewers have unrealistic expectations of what these stabilisers can do....

I filmed this video in Nassau shortly before flying to Ft Lauderdale. The Bahamas are just full of Westports, and one Feadship Captain that I spoke to at length speaks very highly of them. Its been a while since I covered Westport, and they have two new models out now; so here is my report back to you.

It's easy to think that a yacht has to be shallow draft to enjoy the waters here, but there are a surprising amount of large yachts in Atlantis with far from shallow drafts! Intrepid is still my dream boat though, and just perfect for this area, so I'm happy to report back to you on some of their range!

I filmed this vlog in the UK and am happy to say that it is being published in the Bahamas, after completing the filming of a huge walk through video off Sandy Cay. I am very fond of the Bilgin brand, having visited a few of their yachts and also their shipyard in West Istanbul Marina I have to say that they have a very interesting product offering. Recently they sent me details of the yachts they have in construction, so I'm happy to report the details back to you!

First of all let me tell you that I have NOT had a purple rinse on my thinning hair! I filmed this video in a studio in the UK against a green screen, and the lighting caused this effect! Over my years in yacht brokerage from time to time I encounter wealthy individuals who have simply given up in their efforts to buy a yacht due to the chaotic and unreliable nature of the industry. This video addresses one of the causes of this problem, and a solution to it!
