This video is part 1 of a 12 part series, I am challenging myself to create one new print per month based on the origin of month names from the ancient roman calendar. To be historically accurate Janus is typically presented as a two headed man, but I put my own artistic twist on this, and I hope you like it as much as I hugely enjoyed making it. Beim Segeln "am Wind" sind erheblich mehr Bewegungen im Schiff und auch der Wind wird viel stärker wahrgenommen. Obwohl hier im Video nur 15 Knoten Wind herrschten. Ebenso spielt die Schiffsgröße eine erhebliche Rolle. Eine kleine Yacht bewegt sich viel mehr als eine große.
