Guys we are getting reaaaaal creative and perhaps slightly desperate over here. Workouts have hit an all time low. Diet has kinda sucked! Lack of time, unexpected boat problems, and minimal space to workout have made it all the more difficult to stay in shape 😕 So yesterday I said NO EXCUSES, woke up at 7 AM, found this scary little cement dock to workout on, and got to work. It wasn’t my best session, but it was still better than nothing at all. If you don’t have a lot of space to workout in - you don’t need to give up on your goals! 🙅🏻‍♀️ Stop finding any reason to justify your excuses. In 2011, David Copperfield installed an underwater sculpture 12 ft deep at his private island - Rudder Cay - in the Exuma Cays Bahamas for the amusement of his island guests and snorkelers. Called "The Musician", it includes a full-scale stainless steel mermaid and a replica of a Steinway concert grand piano. Sculpture artist: Jason deCaires Taylor.
