► Like lots of American boatbuilders, Invincible offers two ranges – monohulls and powercats – both geared towards fishing. There are now six twin-hulled models (from 33 to 46 feet) and we got to discover the brand new Invincible 36, unveiled at MIBS. Thomas Wieners, the boss of the shipyard, has drawn on his experience in the nautical, aviation and automotive industries to guarantee a very high quality of construction (12-year warranty). The hull has a raised chine, a narrow but deep tunnel, a wave-piercing system and very steep bows - all features that have proven their worth on the open sea. The deck plan adopts a center console with a particularly sophisticated helm station. The modularity of certain elements - removable rod storage, folding aft seats - allows for a certain versatility of programs. The little extra that we like: the generously topstitched upholstery (here in white and gray), a true signature of the yard based in Opa-Locka, just north of Miami. ► TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Builder: Invincible Architects: Morelli & Melvin Length: 36’ (10.9 m) Beam: 11’8” (3.5 m) Displacement (with motors): 17,100 lbs 7,756 kg Powertrain: 4 x 300 HP outboards Fuel: 606 US gal (2,300 l) Cruising speed: 34 knots Max. speed: 60 knots Range: 600 nautical miles ► Become a FREE SUBSCRIBER to Multihulls World's YouTube page now - https://www.youtube.com/c/MultihullsWorld ► Log on to our website to discover over 600 multihulls tests! Want to support the podcast? http://patreon.com/SaltyAbandon Here is my engine after new fuel injectors installed, valves adjusted, as well as the following: new impeller and belt, new alternator belt, changed oil and filter, cleaned sea strainer, new fuel filters, and reinstalled air box and air filter. Going to run it 2 hours and change the oil again (because of the fuel that got into the oil). Still need to install new fuel lift pump. Still need to change the fuel lift pump. I realize not all of the items affected the problem but I'm mentioning them anyway for good measure. Sep 7-9, 2018. I was sailing from Orange Beach to Clearwater and onto who-knows-where. Fri, Sep 7th, leg was Orange Beach to Destin.  Sat & Sun leg was Destin to Clearwater (48 hour Gulf Crossing).  We had some engine troy ke after we left Destin. Seatow towed us 10 hours back to Orange Beach. 1988 Island Packet 27 in Orange Beach, AL Please subscribe to this channel.  I have two playlists:  Salty Abandon Full Length Episodes and Salty Quickies (this video is a Salty Quicky).
