This is my take on a Vietnamese Vermicelli bowl that you can make right at home! As someone who is literally addicted to all Vietnamese dishes but wants something with a little less sodium - this is the perfect swap! Iceberg or green leaf lettuce Handful of vermicelli noodles (cook according to package) Sauté protein with green onions and salt Mix together 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp water half of 1 lime, 1 tsp sugar, chili flakes Add cucumber, carrots, and cashews You can use shrimp, tofu, beef or egg as your protein!
