When you grow up surrounded by commercial fishing boats, you develop a very deep, sincere and genuine respect for these types of vessels. This is one of three galley layout options being offered.  This option is for a wide open lower countertop and one upper cabinet unit. This is really well suited for having countertop cooking appliances, which is our plan. Another options is to have the upper cabinet and then a lower cabinet under it in which a small microwave could be housed. The final option I have to clarify with James and I will update this description when I find out.
