A very ROUGH draft of my upcoming book!! I am working on my new book; A Girl & Her Bus Named Bubba--An Unconventional Love Story. My upcoming book is a series of short stories about living in a short bus for 2.5 years, discovering America and myself in the process. I thought I would share my creative process here--as it is one of the ways I make money as a nomad, especially while living on a sailboat. If you dig this journey, I would love you to follow along. With over 100 boats on the start line everyone was fighting for air shortly after the start, with the tide coming in all day it paid to get right early to find both clear air and some relief from the stronger tide out in the main channel. On the way back in the trick was to find the deepest part of the channel to ensure you were in maximum tide to increase your speed over ground. Things were still tight as we made it down to the Harbour Turning mark off Cork City. A checky 1720 slide inside one of our competitors when the did not have room which gave us few more seconds back from Control-J as we battled to move up the standings on Day 3 of Volvo Cork week 2024 The team at Bottom Up Boats hope you like this short clip from our week of racing at Volvo Cork Week 2024
