Estamos en La Comuna 13 de Medellín, conocida como la Cuna de Pablo Escobar, donde tiempo atrás fue un epicentro de violencia, casas precarias construidas en medio de las colinas, calles estrechas y empinadas, que generaban múltiples callejones y miradores, ideales para delincuentes y el comercio de droga. Allí ocurrieron dos de las operaciones militares más sangrientas y recordadas de la ciudad, la operación Mariscal y Orión, donde se recuerdan a través de sus grafitis.
