The design has been reshaped to a higher aspect ratio that allows the use of a shorter boom. Coupled with a reduced width head this gives the sail a more compact feel. It's no secret I love going to the Central Market in Port of Spain, the capital city of Trinidad & Tobago. Hailed by many live aboard yacht cruisers as one of the best fresh food markets in the Caribbean, we get almost all of our fresh produce from there. The shrimp is freshly caught so I buy some every week, but this time we got to try a giant king prawn, the biggest I've ever seen! Safe to say it was delicious!
