Today we moved the anchor winch! The winch was still sitting on the part of the deck that needs replacing, so we had to unbolt it and move it to the side to pull up the last bit of rotten wood and keep going with the prep for the new deck, this is the never ending storm, my god :) @yvonnemarianna.travels

After months of refit and repairs we finally get to make our First passage. Not enough wind to actually sail but it didn't matter to us. we were finally off on our adventures!

It is the first storm of the season. Hurricane Agatha in the Pacific crossed Mexico into the Gulf (Now the Atlantic Hurricane region) and turned into Tropical Storm One. Heading right to us. It was weak, but you never know if it will stay that way as it moves over the warm Gulf of Mexico water. Ever ridden out a tropical storm or hurricane in your house or boat?
