Wir waren auf einem kleinen Weihnachtsmarkt in Sardinien – ganz anders, als wir es aus Deutschland kennen. Es gab keine Verkaufsstände, keine Geschenke zu kaufen. Stattdessen drei Hüpfburgen für die Kinder, Zuckerwatte und Maronen vom Feuer. Essen und Trinken war kostenlos, wer wollte, konnte etwas spenden. Alles wirkte entspannt. Kein Gedränge, kein Stress. Die Kinder hatten richtig Spaß – und wir auch. Manchmal merkt man: Für ein bisschen Glück braucht es gar nicht viel.

► The awards ceremony of the unmissable Multihull of the Year contest, organized by Multihulls World magazine and the International Multihull Show occurred during on April 12. On the first evening of the big multihull event at La Grande-Motte in the South of France, four of the nominees became winners. The event, presented by Emmanuel van Deth, our editor, and Gwen Dorning, our marketing director, was attended by 200 people and was shown in real time on social media and was of course the subject of a video. The 2023 WINNER’s banners were handed over to the shipyard representatives, and the winning multihulls being exhibited at the show were quick to get them on display!
