The conditions were perfect to sail out of the remote islands interior blue lagoons and our into the open ocean for an overnight to the next island. We set off into the sunset and at first light we would wake to another destination. Los fabricantes aconsejan su cambio a los diez años. Si observas cualquier óxido en los cables y sobre todo en los terminales, debes sustituirlo en seguida, ya que es muy probable que estos rompan con el consiguiente desarbolado del palo. Revisa muy a menudo tu jarcia. Así mismo, es muy importante llevar bien la tensión de la jarcia. Una jarcia demasiado tensa o demasiado floja puede desembocar también en una rotura de la jarcia con la posterior rotura del mástil
