Comprobar periódicamente el estado de nuestra jarcia es imprescindible. El mástil, que está compuesto de simple aluminio, sufre unas cargas terribles por la presión que ejerce el viento en las velas. Esto aumenta cuando viene una racha de viento o al virar el barco. Date cuenta que si se suelta un obenque o un estay, la rotura del mástil y desarboladura del mismo es inminente. This is the 5th water outage this month in Sunninghill. I don't know who got the tender for fitting the pipes in this neighbourhood, but they need to come back and redo the entire job. I can't remember one month we've made it through without at least one days water being cut.
