We made an awesome cockpit enclosure for out sailing yacht so we could protect our kids from sun, rain and wind. It also holds some huge solar panels. It adds comfort and safety when sailing and looks great too.

Cholo Update: As you can see, Cholo did very well after his surgery, and somehow the e-collar I made out of beer and cereal boxes held up ok! From our Komodo to East of Flores Cruise in September/October 2014. We could get really close to groups of 4-8 huge whales. This was the moment to try out something new and Jos and me stepped into a kayak and paddled slowly out to one of the groups of logging whales. Not at all disturbed by us, we came in touching distance and quietly I slipped into the water and inched my way closer to the 3 whales.
