In a world where expectations begin early โ echoed by parents and relatives alike, youโre told to grow up and do something remarkable. So I followed the advice. Joined the Indian Navy. Sailed on warships of various sizes. Rose to a Captains Rank. Was awarded the Nau Sena Medal. Married at the โrightโ age to a wonderful partner my parents adore. We have an amazing 15-year-old. And yetโฆ something always sat heavy on my mind. I wanted more from life. So I quit a steady government job. Sold everything. And bought a sailboat. Maybe not in the way they imagined. But hey โ theyโre definitely talking about me now. ๐โต
