The Unforgettable Joy of Sailing the Adriatic Croatia's coastline isn't just a string of stunning beaches and charming towns; it's a sailor's paradise. Here, the Adriatic Sea unfolds like a turquoise tapestry, beckoning you to explore its hidden coves, ancient towns, and unforgettable sunsets – all from the vantage point of a sailboat. But the true joy of sailing in Croatia goes far beyond the postcard-perfect scenery. It's a sensory experience, an adventure for the soul, and a chance to reconnect with the rhythm of nature. Sun-Kissed Freedom: Escape Under Sail Imagine this: you're at the helm of a sailboat, the crisp morning air filling your lungs. The engine sputters to a halt, replaced by the gentle whoosh of the Maestral, a reliable afternoon wind in these waters. The sails unfurl, catching the breeze, and the boat picks up speed, gliding effortlessly across the crystal-clear water. Croatia's dramatic coastline unfolds before you, promising a day of discovery and adventure. In this moment, you're not just a tourist; you're a sailor, free from the constraints of land, captain of your own destiny. Beyond the Horizon: A Symphony of Senses The joy of sailing in Croatia is a feast for the senses. Feel the warm sun on your skin and the spray of the sea on your face. Listen to the rhythmic lapping of waves against the hull and the melodic whisper of the wind through the sails. Smell the salty air, tinged with the scent of pine trees and distant islands. Witness the breathtaking beauty of the Adriatic, from hidden coves and dramatic cliffs to charming villages nestled along the coastline. It's a sensory experience unlike any other, a chance to truly immerse yourself in the beauty of Croatia. From Beginner to Captain: The Thrill of Learning The beauty of sailing in Croatia is that it's accessible to everyone. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a complete novice, there's an option for you. Day trips with experienced captains allow you to experience the joy of sailing without the responsibility. For the more adventurous, there are courses that teach you the basics of sail handling, transforming you from a passenger to an active participant in this nautical adventure. As you learn the ropes (pun intended), the satisfaction grows. You feel a sense of accomplishment as you master the art of tacking and winching, feeling the boat respond to your commands. More Than the Journey: A Connection with the Sea Sailing in Croatia isn't just about ticking off destinations; it's about forging a connection with the sea. You become acutely aware of the power and beauty of the wind, learning to respect its force and harness its energy. It's a humbling experience, reminding you that sometimes the most rewarding adventures come from working with nature, rather than against it. Under the vast Croatian sky, with the endless blue sea stretching before you, you'll find a sense of peace and tranquility unlike anything you can experience on land. Setting Sail for Memories: Your Croatian Adventure Awaits So, ditch the crowded beaches and tourist traps. Embark on a sailing adventure in Croatia. Feel the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, and the spray of the Adriatic on your skin. Discover hidden coves, charming towns, and breathtaking sunsets, all from the unique perspective of a sailboat. Croatia awaits, offering an experience that will stay with you long after you return to shore, a reminder of the pure joy found in sailing the turquoise waters of this maritime paradise.

Alexander Marine are pleased to present the 2009 Grand Banks 55 Eastbay SX 'Timeless' to the market as worldwide central agents. 'Timeless' is a breathtakingly beautiful and immaculately presented down east style sedan motor yacht - built to a standard only Grand Banks has mastered and cared for by a long-term fastidious owner. She has been lavished with extensive upgrades and care over her life - if you are impressed by her photos you will be delighted with what you see when you step onboard. 'Timeless' being an enclosed saloon "SX" model which is a reference to Saloon Express - were built on the proven and famous Raymond C Hunt designed deep-V hull with moderate beam for excellent performance and sea keeping - not to mention she is the only 55 SX in Australia! Palm Beach Buyers take note as the Grand Banks Eastbay platform is a worthy alternative vessel for your needs (and as it so happens Grand Banks Yachts now owns Palm Beach Motor Yachts) - indeed 'Timeless' offers extraordinary value & utility when directly compared to Palm Beach's of similar sizing. You are invited to book a private inspection to view this vessel. If you are unable to travel to inspect this vessel, we would be pleased to offer you a personal guided video tour via telephone with one of our yacht consultants. Lying: The Boatworks Shipyard & Marina, Coomera, Queensland, Australia.
