Este ano, teremos equipes de várias cidades do interior de São Paulo: , como Limeira, Piracicaba, São Carlos, São José dos Campos e Santana do Parnaíba. Um dos barcos é o Mamanguá tem na tripulação representantes da Associação de Velejadores de Piracicaba, que vem fortalecendo o cenário local da Vela, e uma figura ilustre em Ilhabela: Roberto Itapura, que disputou a primeira edição da SIVI, em 1969!
