Un percorso di formazione e certificazione creato da Be Skilled, la unit formativa di Water Tribe, unico RYA Training Center di Milano, tra i pochi ancora in Italia autorizzati a rilasciare le certificazioni utili ad ottenere lo Yachtmaster Offshore: corso Shorebased, SRC e First Aid, oltre a quelli complementari tipo Essential Navigation e Diesel Engine. Un programma formativo basato sulla didattica inglese della RYA, adatto a chi è in cerca di una crescita professionale ma anche a chiunque voglia approfondire le proprie competenze. Si affrontano tutte le tematiche legate alla vita di bordo: - il coordinamento e la gestione dell’equipaggio - la pianificazione di una rotta in base alle previsioni meteo e alle aree di navigazione - la conduzione dell’imbarcazione - la risoluzione delle diverse avarie agli impianti di bordo. Utopia’s unique features include a steel double bottom for strength, wooden hull sides for warmth, and twin Detroit diesel engines. Visitors can marvel at her elegant lines, learn about her global circumnavigation, and appreciate the craftsmanship that has kept her sailing for decades. Utopia currently resides under the stewardship of the her new owners based in Manitowoc Wisconsin, where it continues to inspire curiosity and passion for the Great Lakes among learners of all ages.
