I literally had a bad dream (also: nightmare) about this workout, which made me THAT much more apprehensive about doing it… But honestly - I love the fear. The fear is what drives me. The fear is what gets me results 😤 When I start feeling like things are too easy or I haven’t pushed myself in a little while, I know that I’m getting complacent. And I don’t like to be complacent. So when I feel that happening, I build a workout that I know will push me, and I get after it.
