Are we actually experiencing a Mediterranean weather forecast coming true? If you’ve not seen our latest episode please come aboard as we complete our passage from Corsica to the Île de Frioul, a stunning archipelago of islands just outside Marseille…. Having set off from Montenegro at the end of April we thought we would have plenty of time to make it to the South of France for a planned lift out in early July but the weather had been challenging so far, with too much wind at the beginning of the season and now, too little. Nancy Walton Laurie, the billionaire businesswoman and Walmart heiress, is said to own M/Y “KAOS,” which is estimated to cost $300+ million. The yacht, which is 110 m/361 ft long, is rumored to have been purchased from the Qatar royal family. Delivered in 2017, designed by @lobanov__design and built by Oceanco Yachts. M/Y “KAOS” has five decks, a swimming pool, aquarium, helipad, more marble and stone than any other yacht element, custom silk carpets, and many other high-end materials.
